repair calls by dispatching field technicians to satisfy issues. SuperFloors
service policy mandates that warranty and repair issues be resolved within 72
hours of the initial call.

Scheduling Department
- The scheduling department professionally manages the scheduling of all
installations and ensures the timeliness of completed jobs.

Installation Crews
- 200 Qualified Sub-Contract Crews. This pool of labor is the largest in its
respective markets and allows SuperFloors to respond to the seasonal surges in
business that the smaller operators cannot handle.
